Hi, I’m Jane Pilger, a master-certified life coach.

My life coaching story…

I first discovered life coaching in 2014. I was over 15 years into my journey with binge eating disorder, including intensive outpatient therapy at a local treatment center. I learned a lot through therapy that I still use today.

Life coaching was different. It taught me how to bring in my future. It taught me about the power of my mind. And as I continued my studies in the science of the brain, the nervous system, and other patterns that influence our behavior, everything came together.

Now I help people figure out and put together the pieces of their individual puzzle. No two people are the same, and I love working with clients to come up with an approach that helps you feel peaceful, present, and full of possibility for whatever you want to create in your life.
