Hi, I’m Jane Pilger, a life coach for women.
For more than 25 years, I lived in patterns that didn’t make sense to me: binge eating, perfectionism, shutting down, pushing harder, always trying to be “good enough.” On the outside, I knew how to achieve. On the inside, I didn’t know how to feel at peace.
Everything changed when I stopped trying to fix myself and started understanding myself.
Today, I help others do the same: understand what’s been shaping their inner world, rebuild trust with themselves, and begin living a life they didn’t think was possible with life coaching.
