Hi, I’m Jane Pilger

If you’re here, something inside you probably feels off. Maybe it shows up around food. Maybe in stress, overwhelm, or the pressure to hold everything together.

For a long time, I felt the same way. On the outside, I seemed strong and capable. On paper, I was successful. I knew how to work hard and reach big goals. But none of it touched the part of me that still felt like it wasn’t enough.

Inside, I was struggling with binge eating, perfectionism, and a nervous system that never seemed to settle. I tried to think my way out of it and control my behavior, but nothing created lasting change.

Much of what runs our lives comes from subconscious protective parts shaped by experiences, beliefs, and nervous-system patterns we barely remember. Once I learned how to work with those parts instead of against them, everything began to change.

Let's Work Together

The Path We Walk Together

I help people understand the deeper patterns shaping their behavior, reconnect with the parts of themselves they’ve learned to silence, and create change that lasts.

People often tell me things they’ve never said out loud before. Safety is the foundation of this work. When someone feels seen, heard, and understood, their system softens enough for real change to happen.

One of my gifts is seeing patterns in people—patterns they can’t see in themselves because they’ve lived inside them for so long.

Understand Why You Do What You Do

Your behaviors and reactions make sense. When you understand them, shame softens and clarity returns.

Restore Self-Trust

As you learn to hear and honor your own signals again, the noise quiets and your own voice becomes easier to follow. When you trust your own signals, you stop looking to everyone else for answers.

Live a Life You Didn’t Think Was Possible

As your system feels safer and your inner world comes into alignment, you stop fighting yourself and start working with yourself. Many people say, “I didn’t know I could feel this peaceful from the inside out.”

Outside of My Work

Outside of coaching, I live a full, grounded life. I’m married to my husband, Todd, and we share our home with our cats Stormy and Shadow.

I love being outdoors, traveling, and spending time in places that help me slow down and feel connected.

I’m also a competitive endurance athlete — someone who understands both pushing limits and honoring recovery.

All of these parts of my life shape the way I work. I value depth, presence, and a life that feels meaningful from the inside out.
