My healing journey…

For more than 25 years, I struggled with binge eating, perfectionism, and a nervous system that never seemed to settle.

On paper, I was successful. I knew how to work hard and reach big goals. But no achievement ever touched the part of me that still felt like it wasn’t enough.

Everything shifted when I stopped trying to control my behavior and started understanding it. Today, I help people make sense of their patterns, reconnect with their own wisdom, and live a life they didn’t think was possible.
