I know what it’s like to feel out of control around food.
I spent over 25 years trying to stop binge eating - including two rounds of intensive outpatient therapy.

Most of what I tried focused on what, when, or how much I was eating. But the real shift happened when I got underneath all of that - when I addressed what was truly driving my binges. That’s when everything changed. I became a peaceful eater.

I know how hopeless binge eating can feel - and I also know it’s possible to heal. I’ve experienced it for myself and for countless clients.

  • When you sign up you will get a video from me explaining the process and telling you the first question I will ask on the call.

    You will answer that question and from there I will ask a series of gentle questions to understand your current struggles.

    If it feels like we are a fit to work together, I will share what it’s like to work with me, but only if you want to hear about it. There is never any pressure. My goal is for you to leave the call with understanding and a clear next step on your path to peace with food.

  • Most approaches focus on controlling food. We’ll focus on what’s happening beneath the surface, including your nervous system and emotional patterns, so you can understand your behavior in a new way. You’ll walk away with relief, clarity, and a realistic plan for what to do next. Even if nothing else has worked, this perspective can be a powerful turning point.
