I’m Jane, a Master Certified Binge Eating Coach
I know what it’s like to feel out of control around food.
I spent over 25 years trying to stop binge eating - including two rounds of intensive outpatient therapy.
Most of what I tried focused on what, when, or how much I was eating. But the real shift happened when I got underneath all of that - when I addressed what was truly driving my binges. That’s when everything changed. I became a peaceful eater.
I know how hopeless binge eating can feel - and I also know it’s possible to heal. I’ve experienced it for myself and for countless clients.
