I’ve been where you are. I know what it’s like to struggle with binge eating and feel like you’re failing. I also know how to help you shift out of that place.
I spot patterns others don’t. Many of my clients have been in therapy for years but tell me this is the first time someone has helped them truly connect the dots. That understanding is often where change begins.

I’m Jane, a Master Certified Binge Eating Coach
I know what it’s like to feel out of control around food.
I spent over 25 years trying to stop binge eating - including two rounds of intensive outpatient therapy.
Most of what I tried focused on what, when, or how much I was eating. But the real shift happened when I got underneath all of that - when I addressed what was truly driving my binges. That’s when everything changed. I became a peaceful eater.
I know how hopeless binge eating can feel - and I also know it’s possible to heal. I’ve experienced it for myself and for countless clients.
